This online course is instantly accessible and  is suitable for conveyancers at all levels. It will explore commonly encountered problems including –

  • Dealing with standard documents – can I insist on amendments?
  • Changes to the estate layout, house type or specification.
  • Common clauses and how to deal with them.
  • Dealing with deposits.
  • Advising on restrictive covenants and easements.
  • Protecting the contract.

This training takes around 60 minutes to complete

A certificate of completion is also provided to delegates booking this course. 

Delegates who register on the course are eligible to raise questions with the trainer both during and after they have completed their training. Details of how to do this are included in the course materials.
