BUILDING SAFETY ACT 2022 FLOWCHARTS:

The Building Safety Act 2022 Flowcharts have been produced with the assistance of Andrew Butler KC and Annie Higgo of Tanfield Chambers.

Purchase of the Building Safety Act 2022 flowcharts can only be made online by one nominated person from each firm and that nominated person will have sole access to the flowchart documents at all times, this includes any updates which may be provided at a later date.

These flowcharts and explanatory notes will only be accessible online, which will enable us to revise them as and when the legislation changes or when clarification is provided by Government on the application of the law as drafted or amended.  Where a revision takes place, revised versions of the documentation will be uploaded and subscribers notified by email (purchasing account holder only). The latest versions of all documents will be available for download in the “my account” section under “downloads”.

Furthermore, it is the responsibility of the purchasing account holder to download and distribute the most up-to-date versions of all flowcharts from their account to any members of their firm who may also be using the documentation. It remains the sole responsibility of the firm to ensure that this information is kept updated.

It is important to make clear that, while every effort has been made to ensure accuracy in the flowcharts, they necessarily simplify the processes under the Act.
