During this course, Highway Law specialist, Tom Graham will focus on the maintenance of trees under highway authority ownership. Topics will include liability for trees, and roots and branches on private land adjacent to highways.
The course will include reference to high profile cases and relate specifically to the following sections of Highway Law:
- Section 154 of the Highways Act 1980
- Section 79 of the Highways Act 1980
