• Advising the buyer client – what are the duties and obligations of the insured, and whom should they approach to obtain cover?
• Problem area: investigating the problem or defect, what can be safely done?
• Problems with disclosures of the defect or the existence of the policy – i.e., sales at auction.
• What does the policy cover?
• Tips and traps when dealing with particular risks.
