07 July 2021: Residential Leasehold Conveyancing Update

This webinar is aimed at residential conveyancers who undertake leasehold work, and will include topics such as key clauses in residential leases – repair, user, alteration, forfeiture and insurance clauses.

14 July 2021: Avoiding Negligence Claims in Residential Conveyancing

This intermediate course is suitable for anyone undertaking residential conveyancing. It will explore the most common types of negligence  claims in residential conveyancing.
