But there are many issues for those acting for third parties to whom a promotion agreement is being offered. This course looks at the main points to be considered when acting for a landowner in this situation.

This course is aimed at all property lawyers (beginner/intermediate/advanced) who are unfamiliar with promotion agreements and development.
