Neighbour Disputes – Online Course

Disputes between neighbours as to the correct alignment of property boundaries is, unfortunately, a frequent occurrence and often make the national news.  Determining the correct boundaries between properties require some skill and this course will provide an overview of this difficult topic for property lawyers, surveyors and those involved in the property industry.  It will cover the following:

• The relevance of and interpretation of map-based evidence and aerial photographs.
• How the land registry approaches this topic.
• Dispute resolution procedures.
• How agreements over boundaries can be formalised

This training will take approximately 60-minutes to complete.
