Management Companies and Service Charge Pitfalls – Online Course

This online course is aimed at residential conveyancers will examine the use of management companies in residential leasehold conveyancing. It will explore how due diligence should be performed including – the company search, key issues arising with service charges, alteration and amendment of regulations and self-managed pitfalls.

Delegates will learn the following:

• Company searches and why they are essential including a practical example
• Reserve funds what is enough?
• Sounds great to manage the building with other owners but is it?
• What should we be telling clients?
