This three hour webinar is aimed at conveyancers who are new to commercial lease transactions. Using a case study it will examine the following important issues:

 

  • The implications of the protection of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and how to exclude it.
  • Using heads of terms.
  • Key clauses in commercial leases and what to look out for.
  • Land Registration Issues and commercial leases , registration, noting and exempt information.

Extensive notes will be provided and time is allocated for questions. A recording of the course will be made available.
