Highways: Stopping up & Diversion

This webinar will be of interest to lawyers, surveyors and highways departments undertaking work related to highways.

In this one-hour webinar, IQ legal Training barrister and Highway Law specialist, Tom Graham, will discuss stopping up and the diversion of highways (including public rights of way) when the land is required by a new development, has to be temporarily stopped up or diverted or when the highway is no longer needed.
