Highways and Development – Online Course

In this online course, Highway Law specialist and barrister Tom Graham, gives an introductory overview of the relationship between Town & Country planning and highways, including the following:

  • Planning applications and highways
  • Planning conditions and highways
  • Planning obligations and highways
  • Section 38 agreements
  • Section 278 agreements
