Building Safety Act 2022 – New Law Society Guidance for Conveyancers – Online Course

This online course will last 60 minutes and is suitable for all residential conveyancers undertaking residential leasehold work.

The Law Society has now published its long-awaited guidance on the BSA for Conveyancers. In this sixty-minute webinar, Ian Quayle of IQ Legal Training will:

• Consider the Guidance and highlight key takeaway issues
• Reflect on how that guidance will impact what conveyancers should do when acting for sellers, buyers and lenders.
• Highlight measures that can be taken to ensure compliance with the guidance.
• Suggest processes and procedures to reduce the risk of claims.
