Drafting Residential Leases of flats and apartments key clauses and problem areas.

Webinar 2 – 20.03.2023 –  3.45pm – 4.45pm

Transactional issues – drafting contracts, provision of information in the contract bundle and dealing with fire and building safety issues.

Webinar 3 – 27/03/2023, 2pm – 3pm

Management regimes – management companies, managing agents and service charge issues.

Extensive notes will be provided and there will be opportunities for delegate questions.
