Join Ian Quayle on this training series comprising three 60-minute courses which will look at the process of Acting for Developers in Residential Leasehold Transactions.

This series is suitable for any conveyancers undertaking work on behalf of developers and builders in connection with the sale of flats and apartments.

Over the course of this series, it will explore:

Course 1:

Drafting Residential Leases of flats and apartments key clauses and problem areas.

Course 2:

Transactional issues – drafting contracts, provision of information in the contract bundle and dealing with fire and building safety issues.

Course 3:

Management regimes – management companies, managing agents and service charge issues.

Each course will take approximately 60-minutes to complete.
