Webinar 4: The management company – Thursday 11th May – 1pm – 2pm

Checking the information, reporting to the client.

 

Webinar 5: Exchange of contracts – Thursday 18th May – 1pm – 2pm

Preparing for exchange, the mechanics and protecting the contract.

 

Webinar 6: Preparing for completion – Thursday 25th May – 1pm – 2pm

The transfer, pre-completion searches, dealing with the lender, preparation of completion statements and apportionments.

 

Webinar 7: Completion and completion day problems – Thursday 1st June – 1pm – 2pm

The Law Society Code for completion by post, dealing with undertakings, practical issues including sending the funds, advising the clients what to do if things go wrong – notices to complete.

 

Webinar 8: Post completion – Thursday 8th June 1pm – 2pm

Registration of the property and advising the client.
