Due to the popularity of webinars delivered in 2020 the second series of webinars on Land Registration Issues for Residential Conveyancers has been brought forward and is now to be delivered this autumn. The schedule is as follows:

 

Webinar One, Notice Something Different: 27 October 21,  11am – 12pm

An in-depth analysis of the use of agreed and unilateral notices in residential conveyancing practice. The webinar will examine:
