This online course is aimed at residential conveyancers will examine the use of management companies in residential leasehold conveyancing. It will explore how due diligence should be performed including – the company search, key issues arising with service charges, alteration and amendment of regulations and self-managed pitfalls.
Delegates will learn the following:

- Reserve funds what is enough?
- Sounds great to manage the building with other owners but is it?
- What should we be telling clients?
