This three hour webinar is aimed at conveyancers who are new to commercial lease transactions. Using a case study it will examine the following important issues:
- The implications of the protection of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and how to exclude it.
- Using heads of terms.
- Key clauses in commercial leases and what to look out for.
- Land Registration Issues and commercial leases , registration, noting and exempt information.
