• Advising the seller completing the TA6 and TA7
• Advising the seller when completing the CPSE’s
• Advising residential and commercial buyers on Enquiries before contract
• Dealing with BSA enquiries in residential and commercial transactions
• An overview of the recent case law and misrepresentation

Extensive notes will be provided and time will be set aside for delegate questions.
