
Electronic Signatures: HM Land Registry’s Requirements – Online Course
In this one-hour course Ian Quayle of IQ Legal Training and Maria Hardy of Property Conveyancing Consultancy will discuss the guidance provided by HM Land Registry in practice guide 82, involving electronic signatures.
We shall review Mercury signatures and conveyancer-certified electronic signatures. We will discuss what types of documents can use these methods of electronic signature and the steps to be followed to enable HM Land Registry to accept a document signed, by an individual or a company in this manner.
Extensive notes will be provided and time allocated for delegate questions.
