Commonhold for Conveyancers – Online Course
Having spent nearly two years focusing on commonhold during its initial introduction by the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002, we are amazed to see that all the time and effort invested back then is now becoming relevant again.
During this course which consists of three sixty-minute sessions, Ian Quayle will introduce the concept of commonhold, guide practitioners through the documentation they’re likely to encounter and examine how the reintroduction of commonhold will impact the conveyancing process.
The goal is to ensure that busy practitioners are fully prepared when Commonhold is relaunched and equipped to navigate the changes confidently. The three sessions covered in this training are as follows:
- An Introduction to Commonhold
- Getting to Grips with Commonhold Documentation
- The Conveyancing Process and Commonhold
Course materials are provided and will remain accessible to you even after the course is completed.
A certificate of completion is also provided to delegates booking this course.
Delegates who register for the course are eligible to raise questions with the trainer both during and after they have completed their training. Details of how to do this are included in the course materials.
This training will take approximately 180 minutes to complete.
